Chad: 5,000 land deeds have already benefited from E-conservation

Since last May, Chad has now the E-Conservation system. On October 2, during a ceremony at the Directorate General of the Estate, more than 5,000 land deeds were secured with this system developped by LIBER technologies. The deputy general director of the estate Gabnon Dawi insisted on the “extreme security comparable to that of bank notes” of the documents on which the deeds are printed now benefit. Computer traceability is a fundamental point for strengthening their security and authenticity, as is the conservation of data, the simplicity, speed and security of state acts.

These secure titles include, among others, GRé à Gré,Titre Foncier, Transfert, and Mutation. The E-conservation is equipped with the application called Computerized System of Estates and Land Conservation (SIDCF).
