The Beninese land model
In 5 years, LIBER technologies has completely restructured land management in Benin.
After having physically installed the National Land and Land Agency as well as its regional branches then digitized, were indexed and partially seized more than 1.5 million archived documents. Likewise, photogrammetry was carried out on 77 urban centers and thousands of plans were collected to create a GIS cartographic base. of 2 million plots and relocate the entire history of land titles in the country.
The specially created software applications (secure management, public communication, partner web services, etc.) meet international LADM standards and have won the price of digital administration of Benin’s IT departments.
A land title, which was sometimes processed in several years, is now processed in less than 2 months.
