Hello dear colleagues from Liber Technologies, On Wednesday, December 15, I invited you to support the ANDF’s candidacy for the DSI Club Benin Awards 2021 competition in the Intelligent Administration category.

C’est avec un grand plaisir et une immense joie que je nous annonce que l’ANDF a reçu le 1er Prix de la catégorie « Administration Intelligente ».

Cette récompense symbolique est la reconnaissance de la qualité du travail effectuée par Liber Technologies en appui à l’ANDF et sous le leadership éclairé du Directeur Général Dr Victorien KOUGBLENOU.

The distinction received is a source of motivation, an exhortation to continue, improve and complete the work started in good conditions.

On a personal level, I would like to thank Liber Technologie for the following three activities which have marked me positively the most, they are in particular:

1. Numérisation (scannage et saisie) de toutes les archives et registres fonciers du Bénin,

2. Design of the e-terre 2020 database in accordance with the LADM standard and transfer of the digitized data into this database,

3. Design quality of e-terre 2020 in technical terms (architecture), security (robustness) and functional richness. This enabled ASSI and ANSSI to assess the quality of the work done at the ANDF.

This first ANDF Prize is yours. This Prize is also a challenge to successfully complete your mission.
